What's the reasoning behind the rejection of this edit (#774829)?
@Ramhound 1. who are you referring to? please specify 2. I already stated in my comment that - for me - this question does not (necessary) need any more improvements (no poor quality, and no where else was vital information missing). Please be more specific: exactly what else must have been improved by me for the edit to have been accepted and why. 3. Also I made a statement why it is helpful to state the VMware context already in the beginning of the question. If you disagree please tell me what's wrong with my explanation or bring up your own argument that contradicts mine.

Thanks for you moral support! :) I'm curious, do you think it was a good edit suggestion (regarding my point of view / reasoning) or do you think I shouldn't have made it? (please not, I'm not asking if the edit should have been accepted, just checking if it was a justified suggestion)

Also I'm curious why this was down voted. It's a very specific question and I thing I put enough afford into asking it. I also though long before I suggested the edit so I don't repeat my past mistakes. I was a 100% sure that my edit would go through but apparently it doesn't. For my mistakes from past edits: the question is not poor quality at least in my understanding and it hasn't been down voted either. As far as I can tell there is no other vital information missing.

Is there a "vote history" that shows every single up- and downvote including the revokes of votes?
@DavidPostill thanks (i rephrased my question according to my "new knowledge")

@DavidPostill to answer my own question, I thing there was a down vote put on the post and this down vote was revoked again. I just tried it myself, it works. Is there a time slot in which I can revoke my vote and after which it gets locked so I can not revoke it any more until an edit is made?

@DavidPostill ok, didn't know that. So what happend in my case? I saw my reputation go down 2 points because of a downvote when I wanted to look it up, there was no entry in my reputation history.

@DavidPostill ok, I'm wondering... if you (or anyone else) have time, could you please up- or downvote two of my questions or answers and reverse one of the votes on the same day and the next one on the next day?

@DavidPostill I noticed changes in my reputation due to downvote and upvote. When I wanted to look it up it was gone. I thing in was on the Restart-Question, but I'm not sure anymore.

What is a good title for a question?
But anyway I will read through the other question/answers first to see if they answer my question. But so far I don't haven't found an answer to my question, so I don't think it was marked as a duplicate correctly.

@Mokubai "someone being lazy" :'D ... yeah I didn't mean necessary a single article just for the title, that's overkill. But in all the post under asking it doesn't say much all about the title any were. There is just a little information scattered here and there, mainly that a title should be clear and descriptive - well yeah, that's what I figured by myself. But it doesn't help answering my question. And there's nothing at all in How to ask a good question where I expected it to be.

@Mokubai Thanks for the links. If it makes it easier we can limit the scope for the question on creating a new title. With some of my own questions I was never sure, should I write one of the above titles or s.th. in between. Reading through the reasons of the linked meta question I got completely confused. But I will read through the answers of similar questions first and edit the question if there are still unanswered questions. I was expecting to find s.th. in the help center and not "just" answers from individual users. Do you know if there is a reason why it is not in the help center yet?
