In general, all of these are not obviously not answers. One (Jim M.) is rather unspecific and could refer to the question, the others are essentially duplicate answers; It's probably just that nobody's flagged them so far.

Still, today's data from /reputation would be interesting, as it's chronological AFAIK.

Also, if you're reporting a possible bug, it helps to provide screenshots or a full explanation of what you're seeing exactly, especially for something that's very time dependent, such as this issue...

I checked your profile: My guess is that two up votes (worth 20) were cast before an up vote to the last post in the list, and the other 4 afterwards. Summary shows the most recent reputation events, collapsing some. It doesn't show e.g. today's chances, as the reputation list does.

Could you provide the output of http://superuser.com/reputation for today?

Formatting is mostly a personal preference, and suggested edits with only minor formatting changes are usually rejected as too minor. Objective criteria which is best could be readability concerns (in this case) and how the corresponding HTML elements are defined and usually interpreted.

Regarding your edit: Beta sites aren't migration paths anyway, so you'd need to flag for it. Similarly, questions older than 60 days cannot be migrated by anyone. Also, it's not just about the quality, but also whether it's on topic and otherwise suitable on the target site.
