@JakeGould An edit that just replaces ' with ’ seems rather pointless - "no improvement whatsoever - This edit does not make the post even a little bit easier to read, easier to find, more accurate or more accessible."
I just tried to flag one of my own answers (0 votes) ;) The only option was "In need of moderator intervention". So at least I know it can't be Spam, NAA, VLQ or Rude/Abusive :/

You don't see the post comments in the edit review queue. That's what the edit comment field is for. If the OP agreed that PS wasn't an option then add this info to the edit comments when removing the tag.
