Why does community bot keep reviving over decade old topics?
It's odd when it's something you answered yourself years ago, then over a couple of days you get seemingly random upvotes.. took me ages to figure out how it was happening, because I never look at the questions by 'Active' only ever by 'Newest'.

How to remove distractions like related posts from Stack Exchange sites?
Some ad blockers can remove entire sections of any page. I used to do similar on SE, but current Safari will not allow that type of extension any more.

Update the spam tag description
It's a bit journalese, but I see no ambiguity. You could put a semi-colon in there if you wanted it to look slightly more authoritative, but the comma signifies either a break between ideas or a list; the end result being the same in either case.

PSA: Just because *you* don't understand a question doesn't automatically make it unclear
@Giacomo1968 - Guaranteed until you use them. No money back warranty. Caveat emptor.

@Giacomo1968 - they can be analysed… back at the factory. I don't think there's anything one could really do at consumer level - or even care about at consumer level, as you say. My last job I got through thousands of these things every year. If we got a significant bad batch, the factory wanted them back for analysis [though they never told us the results, they just wanted to improve their QC]. For any small percentage that failed, they just went in the bin.

tbh, it's not the actual content of this answer that's getting the downvotes, it's the rant. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

How can I turn on dark mode on here?
This belongs on Meta [flagged to migrate]. Dark mode is a site by site support, not yet global across SE. See meta.stackexchange.com/questions/111399/… [& search main Meta for a hundred others]

Is it time to update this close reason?
I honestly have no idea what to do with those additional scenarios.

Hmm, yes I like that. Do we sneak under 500 if we use https://softwarerecs.meta.stackexchange.com/q/336/22850 instead, ie the shortened version from Share? I don't have a character counter, but pasting it into a comment leaves 108 of what seems to be 600 max.
