Why was my question on compatibility flagged as a "Hardware Purchasing Question"?
"Purchasing" questions can cover a lot of ground. They aren't necessarily limited to requests for product recommendations. The primary issue with them is that any answers won't be long-lasting because of how fast things change. So a lot of questions get closed under the umbrella of a purchasing question if they involve requests for product information and are tied to the current state of things. That's largely the issue with your question. I voted to reopen because in this case, there's really only one answer, and it won't change over time (see comment and answer there).

Is it possible that some questions can be considered suitable only AFTER posting?
@miroxlav, well put. The questioner won't always know whether or not something is general knowledge. People ask what they want to know. It's often the subject matter experts who can recognize what is answerable. So yeah, it's not always possible to know before posting the question.

One same user's multiple answer existing at same time in same question? What is happened?
The edit is just a serving suggestion, feel free to roll it back or change it if you disagree. I think you're on target with the first sentence and the gist of the answer. This likely got push-back because of the exaggeration used to make the point. If there are too many good answers, it probably means the question was bad. :-)

Are questions about adblocking on-topic?
@g.rocket, the full list is a dedicated web page. Just don't go there. Blocking a web site or suppressing the content of a web site is different from blocking ads. It also isn't clear how landing on a blank page is acceptable, where landing on the same page with its content is a problem (when you can simply not go to the page). Why go at all to a site you don't want to see? Better explanation might help. What problem are you trying to solve?

Are questions about adblocking on-topic?
To this post, questions about software installed on your computer, including browsers and installed add-ons, are on topic. Questions about web sites and web content generally aren't. Neither are requests for recommendations for software or add-ons So questions about blocking web content have to be carefully worded to clearly focus on using your installed software.

I don't think this should have been migrated. However, if your goal is just to block HNQ, that was asked and answered a couple of years ago. See superuser.com/questions/1157967/….

When writing/editing an answer or a question - how do I insert an image through a web link / URL?
I wish they would stop "improving" the sites. A lot of the "improvements" hurt usability. In this case, how would any user know how to use this interface (contains no guidance)? Thanks for posting this.

Add tag for drive-file-stream and for google-backup-and-sync
The fact that you posted this as an answer, rather than a comment, gave the appearance that you created the tags; i.e., jumped the gun on the tag action before it was a settled matter (and then didn't create wiki excerpts). Or some downvoters may disagree that the tags it appeared you created were the right way to go. So if you were just providing notification that the dust has settled on the question, it looks like you may have accidentally stepped on something that soiled your shoes. No good deed goes unpunished. :-)

@LWC, I suspect the downvotes may stem from people making an assumption. Normally, tag actions are proposed, and the community weighs in, agreeing and disagreeing. When and if there's a consensus, that action is taken. Typically, the person doing the action or the OP closes the loop on the status. In this case, it looks like there wasn't much of a mandate.
