Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
What I don't understand is why negative votes, instead of responses with a different opinion. This has a #discussion Tag after all. I am doing my best to integrate everything and this is my first post here.
