Geez, take you ball and bat and go home is your solution, better yet create a Q and A site of your own that is better and I will contribute there. Most people think of stack exchange sites as forums, but they are not, completely different.

I voted to reopen since you did an edit. I would like to know the answer also.

@John Votes are nothing more than anonymous opinions and do not affect rep afaik, I ignore them and only use them when deserved, No research effort, is unclear or not useful, and retract them when this is remedied by the author.

It was explained in the comments, again, you Cannot install W7 on modern hardware, therefore the question is not useful at all.
