Eh, how does it matter? There's really no disadvantage to it, and if you use an ad blocker, you can easily block the notice.

@Albin Yes they will not, unless they've been active in the chat room in the past 7 days, and they don't have enough rep for chat anyway.

@Albin Unlike other forums, SE sites do not allow you to message a user directly. You can message them in chat if they're interested, or contact them by any means listed in their profile. But if they're not active on chat and if they don't have anything in their profile, there's nothing that we can possibly do.

Moderators cannot see which users have downvoted posts, but the system automatically deals with targeted-voting everyday. Wait for a few hours, and you should get your rep back as the system reverses these :)

You don't lose any rep if an edit to your posts get approved, and those edits improve the quality of the posts. Pretty sure they aren't personal either, and yes, it is preferable for your posts to have proper spelling and grammar. You have nothing to worry about here, enjoy your time on the site :)
