"You shall not download any Content unless [thing that never happens]." By that logic, nobody would be allowed to use YouTube at all, because all parts of the video are downloaded at least once just for watching it, even if it doesn't always exist at the same time on the device (but for short videos it does). And isn't the YouTube homepage's HTML file also "content"? This definitely has to be downloaded to use YouTube in a browser.

That's true. Without it, Jon Skeet would probably have more rep than all community users together.

@ThomasWeller How can you see that Community has downvoted 25 questions? Downvotes are private. Btw, some fun facts I found out: The top user at hardwarerecs.SE would be on 44577th place in SO and the Community user would be #1 on pretty much all sites (didn't check all). Just from the edits alone it would have more than three times as much reputation as Jon Skeet.

@Daniel Beck The Q&A was about what key is what on another keyboard layout and I figured it out by trying everything. Trying the same with every keyboard layout in the world world be pretty much impossible.

What I did now is making it more general by trying out all other keys and making a complete list of what the key list in N++ means for a German keyboard. While typing the question and answer it felt kind of weird being so specific. And I think this way it helps more people and prevents other Q&As like "How to set # key", "How to set ^ key", etc. If there's something to improve my Q&A, please tell me (or do it), because, as I said, it's my first.
