Searching trough How can I search through all stackexchangeStack Exchange sites at once?

Including Area51Area 51, SuperUserSuper User, meta... Everythingeverything. Is there anya simple way to do it in 1one search?

I'm pretty sure google tweakingGoogle-tweaking could do it, but I'd rather have somean online tool for it - even if it's just an updated custom googleGoogle with updated new family sites.
