But then you didn't get my point and closed the question as a duplicate of the first one while first it was closed as off topic by @Sathya.

I strongly believe that the first question is ultimately about working on the phone by connecting it to the internet. Why isn't it off topic?

NO ...No you are looking those both question from another point of view..But what I'm saying is before the 2nd question was closed by saying its off the topic means which is not supposed to ask on SU...at the same time the first question was protected by community. and you can see the flag for the closed question ...because of that flag @sathya closed as off the topic
