This community's model is to keep older posts up to date so they stay relevant, but that also includes maintennance-style edits (grammar, formatting, modifying tags etc) which don't necessarily add anything "new" from a content perspective. We're closer to Wikipedia, than Reddit or a forum, in that regard.

Yeah. Use the contact form, that's probably your best bet to get your account access restored.

@Ramhound sorry, I missed the word "other". Some other kinds of flags can also remove comments. I meant not just ones on "thanks" comments :)

@Ramhound some kinds of flags can also cause comments to be removed if enough people flag it. In which case the deletion is attributed to the last person who flagged.

Do you have a more descriptive tag name that could be use for this purpose? Or would the questions that use the bypass tag be better served if they were retagged to security or permissions?
