@nhinkle - I didn't mean to make a big deal out of this, I'm just trying to understand the culture here, since it seemed at odds with most of the other stack exchange sites I frequent.
Interestingly enough, in my own answer, I mention that I haven't tried this precisely because the referenced article is hidden behind a registration wall, maybe I should have included the same corollary in my suggested edit. *8')
