Why can't I accept/mark the answer?
@Ali, it looks like that comment was converted to an answer. But to add to this answer, sometimes the commenter doesn't post an answer (they might be an infrequent visitor, or for some reason don't want to post the answer). If you ask them to post an answer and within a reasonable time they don't do it, you can post the answer yourself and accept your own answer (need to wait 2 days after posting the question to accept your own answer; no time requirement for accepting other people's answers). It's generally good form in that case to acknowledge the person who suggested it in the comment.

Why is this question downvoted so much?
The update appears to have remedied the issues.

What the heck, let's get radical and live life on the edge. I can create a new tag. :-) I'll give it a little time for feedback to see if anyone thinks it's a bad tag or has a better suggestion, but I think your initial thought was a winner.

Can we unload [load]?
Thanks. cpu-usage might get misused because it could cover a lot of different kinds of things. high-cpu-usage might be too restrictive, because some questions are about comparing different levels. But what about cpu-load, as in your first sentence? That seems to cover it and properly limits the definition. It also contains "load", which would automatically suggest the tag, as you mentioned?

SU is Super User. You can pick from Meta SE, Meta SU, or Ask Different Meta (I didn't abbreviate that one since it wasn't mentioned before).

(since that's where expertise is concentrated for interacting with SE sites using an iOS device). If the solution isn't an out-of-the-box SE feature but can be done with some technical intervention or supplemental software, either of the site-specific Metas might be better. But it probably doesn't make a lot of difference which one you post at. It's already here. I'd give it a few days. If you don't get a response, you could close this and repost on either of the other two Meta sites.

In general, how to get stuff done on SE sites would be appropriate for a meta site rather than the main site. Meta SE mainly focuses on meta questions common to all sites or groups of sites. The site-specific Metas focus on meta questions specific to that site, or at least where the member is specifically interested in only that site. If the iOS notification is a feature of the SE infrastructure, you could get an answer on Meta SE, or either Meta SU (since it's about accessing SU information), or Ask Different Meta (cont'd)

(Accepted) answer to a spam question - bot account?
That warms the cockles of my heart. There's nothing quite like warm cockles. :-)

The community took care of the post, but the OP has 1 rep, so was unaffected by the 100 pt rep penalty. They are clearly here just to cause mischief and to spam their "services". Wouldn't it be appropriate to apply some kind of sanction (like account termination, or at least suspension)?

Strange audit result
Your FAQ link from Tim Post includes advice to post on the site Meta and include the [disputed-review-audits] tag. That implies that when that FAQ was created, there was a provision for culling bad audit questions. The tag no longer exists, so it looks like a decision was made to not invest human resources in keeping the audit system clean; close enough is good enough.
