@Albin Here's an article on how to view/change the code page for non-Unicode programs. Again, I'm not sure if this affects your answer, but for what it's worth, the Windows 10 machine I tested on has the system locale set to "Spanish (United States)." Also keep in mind that single random downvotes are sometimes inexplicable.
